5 rounds of sun salutations (first one slow) to kick start the day when you are short on time

Starting with breath of fire moving into a strong flow to warm you up when its cold outside.
Yoga Flow with extra shoulder love (1 hr)
The usual flow with a focus on opening the back of the shoulders. An antidote to a day in front of the laptop.
Strong core flow (1 hr)
Vinyasa flow after breath of fire (1hr)
Wake up Stretch and Flow (30 mins)
Start in a seated position, stretching, breathing and getting moving to set you up for the day ahead.
30 minute Yoga Nidra session. Make yourself comfortable before we start and prepare for deep relaxation/ guided mediation.
