6pm is okay, but does sometimes interrupt with dinner prep. However, i understand its a good fit for working yogis
6-7 is good for me if I'm not cooking and if I am I can often work around that time. Early in the morning is a nice idea but I usually run early so that would need to be quite time specific for me.
I find the 6-7 slot perfect. Directly after finishing work but early enough for pre-dinner/family time.
I love the 6 - 7 format, It gives me a good barrier between the day and the evening. If I am not working, it gives me a focus for the day. If I am working, it's a good reason to leave work and try to get home before 6. I know I am a newcomer though and therefore you shouldn't really take my opinion into account!
I’m still working at the moment so 6pm is ideal but could manage 5pm.
I would prefer some sessions not at six , I find myself usually busy cooking at that time , 4 or 5 or even better early morning would be better for me
