I love the sun salutations. I also really like the inversion and plough.
I really like trying some moves that I find harder - bridge/crow/headstands even if we can‘t really do them. My favourite is child pose to have a nice back stretch.
Favourite would be playful puppy Least favourite- crow- I just can’t manage it.
