About the event
Deepen your yoga journey by spending a day exploring different yoga styles in a safe and nurturing space. Together we will practise Vinyassa Flow, Yin and Nidra in the garden. A Sauna and an Ice bath will be on offer if you fancy that too.
Start at 11 am and finish around 3.30pm. Lunch included.
