MONDAY EVENING VINYASA FLOW 6-7 PM

In the garden if it's warm enough.

This Vinyasa Flow class is an exploratory and creative flow drawn from Ashtanga and Iyenga. You will develop your strength and flexibility, and be encouraged to explore your boundaries, step into the unknown and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. Everyone is welcome.

 YIN YOGA MONDAY 4.30 - 5.30PM

In the garden if it's warm enough.

Slower paced style of yoga. Longer poses targetting the deeper tissues of the body. Including a longer relaxation.

MEET JANE

I have practised yoga for most of my life. Getting on my mat provides me with a sacred space where I can be myself in a deeply nourishing way. I completed yoga teacher training with Yoga Haven in Brighton and over the years have been inspired by many wonderful yoga teachers from around the worId. I love sharing the lessons I have learnt and the experiences I have had in my yoga classes. When I am not teaching yoga I spend my days being a mum, working as a speech and language therapist, walking my dogs and swimming in the Brighton sea.
